If you're planning a larger gathering or special event, renting a pavilion can provide the perfect setting for your picnic (or birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower... you get the idea!). Here's how you can rent a pavilion in a DeBary park:

Create an Online Account for the City of Debary Parks and Recreation Department by Following the Directions Here: Once you have filled out the account creation form and it has been approved by Parks and Recreation staff, go here and finish creating your online account. Use the email address you provided on the form and click on "forgot password". You will receive an email with a temporary password that may be used for your initial login where you may then change your password to be whatever you like.
Click "Pavilion Rentals" on the Navigation Bar: Decide which park you'd like to rent a pavilion at and find it on the list. Photos of all pavilions available for rent can be found here. Rentals are available at Rob Sullivan Park, Gateway Park, River City Nature Park, and Bill Keller Park.
Pick Your Date, Fill Out Required Details, and Submit Payment: Once you have verified that the date you'd like is available, fill out the required details such as approximate guest count, type of event, etc. You will be prompted to submit payment which can be done with a credit or debit card. The cost for a one-day pavilion rental in DeBary ranges from $40-$70, depending on the location.
